You dont understand its an energy company. That's why Elon closes the Teslagrid and charger pack. Its not a carcomoany. Only thing is, over 90% of the revenue comes from cars....

Chinese EVs maker startups are not making a profit anymore than Ford, GM, and the rest of legacy auto. Tesla and BYD are the only two with positive margins and Tesla is far out in front.
