Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Miscellaneous Industry, Agriculture and Property sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index declined 1.25%.
The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Pool Advista Indonesia Tbk (JK:POOL), which rose 24.35% or 235 points to trade at 1200 at the close. Meanwhile, Mnc Sky Vision Tbk (JK:MSKY) added 18.25% or 125 points to end at 810 and Kimia Farma Persero Tbk (JK:KAEF) was up 12.80% or 320 points to 2820 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Centex Tbk Prf (JK:CNTX_p), which fell 10.00% or 100.00 points to trade at 900.00 at the close. Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama (JK:JKON) declined 10.00% or 65 points to end at 585 and Panca Global Securities Tbk (JK:PEGE) was down 10.00% or 26.00 points to 234.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 246 to 85 and 74 ended unchanged.
Shares in Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama (JK:JKON) fell to 52-week lows; falling 10.00% or 65 to 585. Shares in Kimia Farma Persero Tbk (JK:KAEF) rose to all time highs; gaining 12.80% or 320 to 2820.
Crude oil for October delivery was down 1.45% or 0.69 to $46.95 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 1.56% or 0.78 to hit $49.37 a barrel, while the December Gold contract fell 0.30% or 3.95 to trade at $1321.95 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was down 0.22% to 13272.0, while AUD/IDR rose 0.41% to 10072.75.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.14% at 95.61.
