Investing.com – Colombia stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Financials, Industrials and Services sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP rose 0.43% to hit a new 6-months high.
The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Interconexion Electrica SA (CN:ISA), which rose 3.54% or 420.0 points to trade at 12280.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Canacol Energy Ltd (CN:CNE) added 2.31% or 200.0 points to end at 8850.0 and Banco De Bogota SA (CN:BBO) was up 2.28% or 1380.0 points to 61900.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Empresa De Energia De Bogota (CN:EEB), which fell 2.34% or 45.0 points to trade at 1875.0 at the close. Corporacion Financiera Colombiana SA (CN:CFV) declined 1.68% or 500.0 points to end at 29320.0 and Cemex Latam Holdings SA (CN:CLH) was down 1.06% or 120.0 points to 11180.0.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 15 to 14 and 3 ended unchanged.

US coffee C for July delivery was up 0.75% or 1.02 to $136.40 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in July fell 0.41% or 8.00 to hit $1952.00 , while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.30% or 3.67 to trade at $1219.77 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was down 1.16% to 2943.98, while BRL/COP fell 0.45% to 929.79.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.06% at 99.51.
