Nice bull flag
Among those who have used Charge Point, can you tell us about your experience?
Generally positive. I have a ChargerPoint RFID card, so I just usually tap and plug it in. I had to call customer service once, to initiate a charge. That was at a charger near St. Catherines, Ontario. I was told by customer service that my US issued card would not work in Canada (???). This charger was free for the first half hour, which was all that I needed to get me to my final destination. Many ChargePoint stations are still free
I have used ChargePoint A/C chargers (that get back tens of miles per hour of charge and ideal for multi hour parking spots like work places, airport parking and the like). They have been largely reliable and if you use them frequently they are easy to start (wave phone or card at the right spot, take plug & slide it into the car). I have used ChargePoint’s DC Fast chargers a few times and each time I had to phone them to get them to manually remote reboot the charger or otherwise unwedge them. Because if the location of that particular charger I was always going for a short like three to seven minute charge, so adding five minutes to get someone on the phone who can poke the right buttons doubled the time at that charger (from “about as long as a gas station stop” to “twice as long” — the only reason it was that short a stop is I was just a little past my range from home and had no other driving needs so “filling” at home at $6 all in is both cheaper and more convenient since at a public charger I need to amusing myself in or around the car while at home a have a whole house full of stuff I can do). I expect my experience may have been specific to one charger in Santa Nella California , but it was over a three month period, and may be indicative of how they treat ongoing maintenance in general. It was also now a bit over a year and a half ago and maybe they have improved. The A/C chargers were mostly at my office, but I have used at least one out here in VT (it is in the nearest town, but it isn’t any faster then my home charger and is not in a location that I park at for long, I used it once before installing my 249V charger, it is faster then using a household outlet).

If this holds at 2.25-2.30 level through next Tuesday close, might get a nice squeeze to 2.70. Pure options play here. Seems small caps are making a sustained turnaround. Only time will tell.

Anyone’s guess. My best guess is options plays. There’s a ton of calls at the $2strike expiring this Friday. Whether a greater majority of those are retail calls or hedge funds is unknown to me. But if those are long hedge fund calls, they are going to want to salvage some of the premiums they paid. They will keep stock pumped a bit before dumping it. This is just one scenario. They may want to keep it flat to burn premiums on both sides. The following friday has a ton of puts at the 1.50strike. I made my call for 1.40 because the macro outlook is poor for speculative names, especially those that are poorly performing such as CHPT. At this point they could choose to squeeze retail bears as well. If retail sold naked calls or is net short calls, funds could create a gamma squeeze by exercising options at $2 for next 2 days. Will be interesting to see how it plays out. Institutions will chase the liquidity regardless of long or short positions. They know how to inflict max pain on retail
