The only way to counter the Virgin Galactic board's attempt to dilute shareholders through a reverse split is to access the shareholder meeting voting form and oppose the reverse split, as well as reject the executive nominations. Share this message with everyone. Vote immediately!
What good comes from opposing the reverse split? If the company is delisted You will definitely loose Your money. Reverse Split is a way to actually protect Your wallet, and not to make it empty. Yes You will have less shares, but at higher price. If it keeps falling You will also loose, if it consolidates there is still a chance to wait it out till Delta class is ready.
Before writing such bullshit, You should actually read the Annual Meeting documents. Virgin Galactic is not only a tourism business.
