The company was formerly known as Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Ruida Futures Co., Ltd. in November 2012. The company was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Xiamen, China. Ruida Futures Co.,Ltd. is a subsidiary of Xiamen Jianuo Industrial Co., Ltd.
