Green Critical Minerals Ltd, formerly Chase Mining Corporation Ltd, is an Australia-based mineral exploration and development company. The Company’s projects include McIntosh - Graphite, Red Fox Resources, Hawkwood, North Barkly and Torrington. It owns 90% of the district-scale Hawkwood project area with nickel, copper, cobalt, gold and platinum group elements (PGE) potential. The tenement holding consists of over 13 granted exploration permit minerals (EPMs) covering over 1,680 square kilometers (km2), which is situated approximately 55 kilometers (kms) west of Mundubbera in Southern Queensland. The North Barkly project is comprised of over three exploration license applications (33128/29/30) totaling approximately 1,950 km2 over pastoral lands on the Barkly tablelands around 500 km northwest of Mount Isa and around 150 km southwest of McArthur River. The Company, through its subsidiary Torrington Minerals Pty Ltd (TMPL), has an advanced Topaz-Tungsten project near Torrington.
