Goldman Sachs U.S. Income Builder Trust is a closed ended balanced mutual fund launched and managed by Brompton Funds Limited. The fund is co-managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P. It invests into public equity and fixed income markets of the United States. The fund seeks to invest in stocks of companies that are operating across diversified sectors. It primarily invests in value stocks of companies which pay dividends or other current income and preferred equities. The fund invests in stock of any diversified market capitalization companied with a focus on large-cap companies within the range of the market capitalization of the Russell 1000 Value Index. It employs fundamental analysis, with focus on top-down and bottom-up research to create its portfolio. Goldman Sachs U.S. Income Builder Trust was formed on June 23, 2014 and is domiciled in the United States.
