Research Natura stock and see what it holds for investors. 1yr price target was at 39. 1 month ago it was at 43. If it goes that low again avp will be valued without risk arbitrage at 3.21 based on 0.3 shares of natura stock for each avp share. Remember this exchange wont take place until early 2020. GLA

Based on the real /dollar exchange rate and Avon Natura exchange of 1/0.3, Avon price should be in the range of $4.56 - $5.00 for now.
You might want to consider the geographical arbitrage. This may have a discount of 5 to 10% and diminish to a few % when share exchange is done. Im a seller at 4.25 if we see that today.

If we have no announcement on takeover friday or monday ,i believe the stock price will be back in the 2's monday. JMHO
