Honestly, I am shocked from the way DFM is dealing with such cases!! No updates whatsoever for almost a year. Thank God I only had one position under DFM
I need bitcoin anyone have
Does anybody have any news about ARTC? Did DFM release any publications to their investors?  Damn looks like a black hole here!
Dear All, please share if any news for ARTC?
good evening  any news from arabtec
hi.... any news from ARABTEC,,,,,
New announcement on dfm web site to include two more companies owned by ARBTEC in bankruptcy list.
Thieves.
It seems that another dfm listed company DXB Entertainments is going for liquidation.
nothing up till now ......
Hello guys, Any update ARTC???
hi .. nothing new ... about arabtec
Salaam. Any update about artc?
Today’s news shows arabtec is engaging denovo a consulting firm to sell Target Engineering the major subsidiary of arabtec, need to see whether they will split the public shares too. They wont be able to just sell the subsidiary company target and take the money to pay others as only target was having contracts in the last years and these were the reason for stock market influencing the trading. Need to see how this will impact us, the DFM share holders
good evening  any news about liquidation of arabtec..
Guys all the people should go to DFM together and ask for their rights. Its our hard earned money.
Hello guys, is there any progress for making a team or just we are talking for our selves only? please send me wats up on 0505721656, so we will make a group and we should meet somewhere in a coffee shop to make a plan before we meet someone in DFM

Dark and skull also restructure and start from jan 2021.
For the pat 2 years this drama is in progress. 6 CEOs changed during this period.
Probably we meet coming Monday by 10am
hello all, my respond to Shammi, if the co. bankrupted, they have to pay back to the parties with combining assets and shares. So we (shareholders) also a party and the law should pay also us something back. I am not owning Arabtec so I will pay for loses, I am owning shares only. whatever the loses we all have to bare equliy
We have shares through dfm not directly link of artc,
Dear Friend. As per my knowledge of world wird. If company will D listed will be announced and give 3 months time for share holder. So dfm have to announce 1st
If  Arabtec or DFM delists the company, it may be true, (3 months average price or last market price) but I am not sure whether delisting happens for liquidation due to insolvency. Sorry if i sound negative,  I i also hold 250k shares, but to be realistic here, any way we will see what DFM decides...hope we all get our  money back...
we should try to understand what dfm will be doing on the shares, in normal cases if the company suspends the shares trading from the market dfm cannot do any thing, as the company has filed for liquidation, the trading will not start again. the question is whether dfm will be able to claim the share holders money back from liquidation and what priority can be obtained. as per the broker i spoke, the publich shares are the last ones to get paid if any thinig is left after the settlement, which means nothing will be left as the liability is more than the assets. arabtec partners should have tried to sell it  instead of deciding to liquidate which only brings loss to every one. cant understand how they have taken such a decision hugely impacting many big projects and many sub contractors and many suppliers and of course the public share holders. unbelievable.
So brother what can we do, our money is safe and when we get any way?
Decide one day we should visit dfm office. I am also coming Dubai on 27th of December
We all should contact dfm and visit for claim suddenly how can they suspend and block all amount. It's not the way
DFM traded all these shares, will they claim the reimbursement on behalf of the shareholders? the market cap is 1.5 billion shares, I think DFM can do some thing here for the public share holders
