Also do not forget that they buyback $110B which is more than net income. So the game here is to sell to AAPL at highest price because others are not buying too much. May keep stock price at this levels for some time to let funds unload holdings to buyback program.

imagine buying apple when their core business is down 10% and buffett sold 13% of their whole stake in the company. What a great move to be sure.
