Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Financial Services, Transport and Multi Investment sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 0.02%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Tabuk Agriculture Development Co (SE:6040), which rose 8.62% or 1.42 points to trade at 17.90 at the close. Meanwhile, Ash-Sharqiyah Development Company (SE:6060) added 5.97% or 4.00 points to end at 71.00 and Dur Hospitality (SE:4010) was up 5.13% or 1.22 points to 24.98 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Mefic REIT (SE:4346), which fell 3.91% or 0.25 points to trade at 6.14 at the close. Gulf General Cooperative Insurance (SE:8260) declined 3.45% or 0.40 points to end at 11.20 and Swicorp Wabel REIT (SE:4345) was down 2.97% or 0.19 points to 6.20.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 105 to 80 and 14 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for July delivery was down 2.18% or 0.85 to $38.09 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 1.92% or 0.79 to hit $40.39 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.60% or 10.35 to trade at $1732.25 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.21% to 4.2619, while USD/SAR rose 0.01% to 3.7520.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.11% at 96.213.
