Investing.com – Morocco stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Food Producers & Processors, Construction & Building Materials and Real Estate sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Casablanca, the Moroccan All Shares rose 0.26%.
The best performers of the session on the Moroccan All Shares were Cosumar (CS:CSMR), which rose 3.46% or 7 points to trade at 215 at the close. Meanwhile, Residences Dar Saada SA (CS:RDS) added 2.69% or 4.45 points to end at 169.95 and LafargeHolcim Maroc (CS:LHM) was up 1.34% or 30 points to 2273 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Involys (CS:INV), which fell 3.48% or 3.48 points to trade at 96.52 at the close. Snep (CS:SNP) declined 2.49% or 2.28 points to end at 89.22 and Colorado (CS:COL) was down 2.04% or 1.02 points to 49.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Casablanca Stock Exchange by 17 to 12 and 10 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for December delivery was up 1.55% or 0.76 to $49.94 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 1.56% or 0.78 to hit $50.76 a barrel, while the December Gold contract rose 0.19% or 2.45 to trade at $1269.05 a troy ounce.
EUR/MAD was down 0.05% to 10.8010, while USD/MAD rose 0.10% to 9.9191.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.38% at 98.96.
