Investment Strategy

The main objective of the investment policy of the Fund is to achieve high long-term capital appreciation. The net assets are invested primarily in securities in accordance with the principle of risk diversification, with investments being made primarily in shares, share certificates, convertible bonds and other equity-like securities. Investment in dividend right certificates and participation certificates of companies is also permitted, provided they are considered securities in accordance with the Law.

Biography	Åsa Annerstedt is a portfolio manager for the firm’s Global Equity team. She joined Macquarie Investment Management (MIM) in June 2018. Annerstedt has been a portfolio manager since 2013. Prior to that, she was a member of the investment committee of a European Union fund dedicated to the financing of companies. Between 1999 and 2009, she managed award-winning European Small Cap and Global Equity portfolios at SEB Asset Management in Denmark. She started her career in 1996 as a business controller and consultant in Sweden. Annerstedt attended Ecole Supérieur de Commerce in Paris and Marseille and earned a master’s degree in finance and international trade from Lund University in Sweden.

Biography	Michael joined INVESCO in 1997 as portfolio manager for European equities and became head of European equities in 1999 and head of equities in 2000. With the formation of the European Structured Products Group in 2001, Michael assumed his current role. He began his investment career in 1991 with Commerzbank as analyst in the buy side research for European equities.
