Forecast WTI inventory pileup by 15.1M. Anything below 20M will lift the crude prices (short term) into green unless “Cushing” inventories pile up beyond 6M. However Cushing pileup beyond storage level will hit crude down to halt as there is no more vacancy storage in Cushing is all booked.
