Debt ratio too high . Management has hurt other companies here in Italy before .

The last acquistion SECO made in 2021 had revenue of 40 MIL revenue a year . Today they announced 112 MIL Revenue . 112 - 40 = 72 . 72 MIL is a loss for the SECO Group in comparison to 2020 revenue . Here in Italy the banks strangely still have BUY rating as JP Morgan short the stock .

Pardon my English . This company is overvalued ! Our analysts look at company business and financial data . Not enough revenue to pay down the debts in a slow growth sector . But more problem is company has too many customers on custom projects that do not allow it to scale properly .
