Investor Confidence: Frequent reverse splits, especially following stock issuance that dilutes existing shares, can erode investor confidence. This can negatively impact the company's stock price. Therefore, while there's no set limit on the number of reverse splits within two years, companies should carefully consider the cumulative effect and potential negative perception from investors.

The number of times a company can do a reverse split on Nasdaq to comply with the minimum bid price requirement isn't explicitly limited. However, there are restrictions to consider: Cumulative Impact: Nasdaq Listing Rules focus on the total impact of reverse splits over two years. If a company executes reverse splits with a cumulative ratio of 250-for-1 or more within two years, they won't be eligible for a compliance grace period if their stock price falls below the minimum again.
