PT Meratus Jasa Prima Tbk, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the construction, development, and operation of maritime infrastructure facilities and related services in Indonesia. In addition, the company is involved in the rental of heavy equipment; and offers other civil building construction, port building construction, dredging, transportation consulting, as well as warehousing and transportation support services. The company was formerly known as PT ICTSI Jasa Prima Tbk and changed its name to PT Meratus Jasa Prima Tbk in April 2024. The company was incorporated in 1978 and is based in Jakarta Utara, Indonesia. PT Meratus Jasa Prima Tbk is a subsidiary of PT Saranakelola Investa.
