Grameenphone Ltd. provides mobile telecommunication and digital services in Bangladesh. The company offers voice, data, and other related services; international roaming services through international roaming agreements with various operators; and mobile financial services. It also provides digital services, including GPAY, a mobile wallet; MyGP, a one-stop solution to access company’s services; Bioscope, which offers drama, movies, music, sports, and live TV channels; GP Music; and Easynet, a web platform targeted at giving access to users ranging from basic internet enabled phone to smartphones. In addition, the company offers Team Tracker for workforce management; Ekota, a prepaid product for small and medium enterprises; business packages; Mobile Reporting, a SMS and web-based application; smart solutions; Smart connect, an internet hub or gateway for wireless connected devices; and Smart tracker that is used for gathering data of an individual vehicle or an entire fleet, including vehicle location, driver behavior, engine diagnostics, activity reporting, and notifications. Further, it provides broadcasting services, which include corporate messaging and audio conference services, as well as mCentrex service, a one central phone number solution; and OTT communication platform and managed IOT cloud solutions. Grameenphone Ltd. was incorporated in 1996 and is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Grameenphone Ltd. is a subsidiary of Telenor Mobile Communications AS.

The services of the company are deteriorating with lagging network, high proced cellular data, and other services as well. According to me the company is overvalued at the moment.
