Q2 2024 in losses. Dividend for chinese shareholders of the chinese subsidiary, for Westerners with Chinese ADRs, neither $8.00 nor 8 cents, to eat their snot, capital retained to weather the storm on their behalf. Not investable. Polysilicon prices plummeted and they will go from 60,000 quarterly tons to 80,000 quarterly tons in Q3 and Q4 2024 with the 2nd plant in Mongolia. And so are all those producing polysilicon. What will polysilicon prices do ? Going down, even more, until they lose their shirts and stop allocating capital chinese mode. Take a look at the prices at bernreuter polysilicon price, google it. 6.0$ N type, 5.5 $ the P type. DQ will produce at an estimated cost of $6.25 per kg in Q2, $6.37 in Q1 2024. On the way to a loss at Q2 2024. And DQ is one of those with the greatest scale advantage. Tremendous purge in the sector, with storm in sight. We have polysilicon overcapacity, and a solar panel industry frozen by excess installed capacity that pulls down the costs of photovoltaic electricity, not easy storable, ...

Disappointing earnings and revenue. New CEO named, cleared labor practice investigation, new plant now up to capacity. May enter a push to fair value now, worth a gamble?

As they are the largest manufacturer of wafers required for solar panels and the world is transitioning to fossil free electricity generation, the future for this company looks very bright.
