Could be a good play as part of an income portfolio. The risk is clearly a 2008 type situation.

Hi !Is it true this company pays 7% dividents 12 times a year? Whats the flip side? Why doesn’t everyone buy into this stock and hold it forever?

The company pays a monthly "distribution" equal to an annual rate of close to 6% as of this comment. The issue is the tax consequences for each component of that distribution. Some of it is net investment income, some is dividends, and some can be return of capital. It pays to check out their distribution history and it's make up. This doesn't guarantee it will continue like that, but it is a good indicator.
