So I'm here in Belgium waiting for the news to come out but apparently it came out an hour earlier than usual. normally there is a 6 hour difference but now there's only a 5 hour difference. Isn't North america changing their time to winter times? Someone please respond because I'm confused.

North America will change back to standard time next weekend. In the past years there has always been week or more between the clock changes, between NA and Europe. That is also the case in the spring. A good economic calendar like the one on this site will alert you to the changes,
