Did you see this market functioning like something logical? China is on an economic beatdown, with production plants closed, people blocked indoors etc. DAX contains carmakers, tires makers, Lufthansa which is a flight operator that had to cancel a lot of flights to China, industrial equipment producers (who sell industrial equipment to China) and banks (who are dependent on an expanding economy for profitability as they have negative interest costs in the Eurozone). So why would it not go up?!?!

Weakening production numbers in Europe's manufacturing engine is not a good sign. 3rd month in a row with contracting numbers. On the YoY they are positive but unless things turn soon on the MoM numbers then that will affect the YoY figures too.
