The Equipment segment sells and distributes earth-moving, road construction, concrete, industrial, and professional cleaning equipment; assembles generators; fabricates soundproof canopies; and executes transmission and distribution power plants and power projects. The Trading segment imports and sells delicatessen, and fine food and drinks. The Construction segment undertakes construction of road and infrastructure projects. It also engages in the manufacture, packaging, distribution, marketing, and sale of fruit drinks, food products, and beverages of alcoholic and nonalcoholic varieties, as well as allied products. The company was founded in 1926 and is based in Lagos, Nigeria. SCOA Nigeria Plc is a subsidiary of SCOA International S.A.
