U.S. stock index futures flat ahead of key healthcare vote

Investing.com - U.S. stock index futures were little changed as Wall Street steadied overnight.
The main focus is on the expected vote on the Republican healthcare bill to replace Obamacare.
The outcome of the vote could impact Trump's future ability to deliver on his pro-growth plans.
The Dow futures was off 0.04% at 06:45 ET. The DJI shed 0.03% overnight.
The S&P 500 futures gained 0.06%. The tech-heavy Nasdaq 100 futures shed 0.04%.
The dollar index remained below the 100 mark ahead of a speech by Fed Chair Janet Yellen.
Oil bounced off November lows after the EIA reported a 5 million barrel rise in U.S. crude stocks.
New home sales and weekly jobless claims data are due for release.
