No euphoria here - BAML notes 4th straight week of net stock sales
- The selling was across all client groups - institutional, hedge funds, private - say Jill Carey Hall and Savita Subramanian. Buybacks, meanwhile, slowed to a seven-week low, and quarter-to-date are on pace for a three-year low.
- Maybe most interesting, sales were in small- and mic-caps. Large-caps continue to be bought.
