(Reuters) - A growing number of companies, including JPMorgan Chase & Co (NYSE:JPM), Amazon.com Inc (NASDAQ:AMZN), Tesla (NASDAQ:TSLA) Inc and Walt Disney (NYSE:DIS) Co are updating or changing their health insurance policies to offer travel benefits to U.S. employees who may need to access out of state abortion services.
The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday took the dramatic step of overturning the landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling that recognized a woman's constitutional right to an abortion and legalized it nationwide.
Below is a list of companies that have said they will cover or reimburse U.S. employees who need to travel to receive medical care, including abortion, if access where workers live is restricted.
