Fans Bash Axie Infinity for Excluding Mobile From Origin Trial
- Some of Axie Infinity’s most prominent supporters criticized the game’s decision to exclude mobile users for the Origin release.
- According to Axie Infinity, the much-awaited Origin upgrade will only provide access to PC users initially.
- Axie Infinity is struggling to fix its oversupply of SLP.
In a surprising turn of events, some of Axie Infinity’s staunchest and most prominent supporters have spoken out against the game’s upcoming Origin release. Specifically, they said the plan for the release is nothing short of disappointing.
Axie Infinity has been consistently losing players in the last couple of months. According to activeplayer.io, the game has been shedding around 50,000 players every month since January. Moreover, the game is struggling to fix its token economics given the oversupply of SLP.
