Dubai Announces Blockchain-Based Digital Silk Road Initiative to Transform Global Trade
Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI), in collaboration with the Dubai Future Foundation (DFF), announced the Digital Silk Road project, which aims to leverage blockchain technology to address the global trading system’s key issues and challenges. The initiative is expected to start in the next eight months.

Digital Silk Road is part of a broader initiative called Dubai 10X, which was launched by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.
