As the cryptocurrency market continues its normal upward and downward cycle as the global cryptocurrency market once again falls below $1 trillion, below is a look at this week’s top meme tokens by social activity, as provided by CryptoDep.
Dogecoin (DOGE) is the most popular meme token in circulation, and it continues to demonstrate the extent of its appeal by maintaining its position as the meme coin with the highest volume of social activity. There have been nearly ten thousand mentions of Dogecoin on social media this week, and the cryptocurrency now has 58.7 million social engagements and 2.32% social domination.
The cryptocurrency known as Shiba Inu (SHIB), which is the world’s second-largest memecoin, also comes in at number two on this list. It has received approximately 7,000 social mentions, 12.3 million social interactions, and 1.8% social domination.
The third spot goes to Floki Inu (FLOKI), the memecoin that was inspired by DogeFather Elon Musk’s very own Shiba puppy. This week, the token has been mentioned on social media roughly six thousand times. Additionally, it has 4.11 million social interactions in addition to 1.8% social domination.
Baby Dogecoin (BABYDOGE) has a total of 4.16 thousand social mentions, 2.73 million social interactions, and 0.93% social dominance. It is the fourth cryptocurrency on this list.
The community-driven Elmo (ELMO) token is now ranked sixth among the most popular meme coins based on social engagement. It has a total of 1.8 million social interactions, 3.6 thousand social mentions, and a social dominance percentage of 0.54%.
