Cryptocurrency Section Gets Two Important Updates

We’ve made two valuable additions to our cryptocurrency section:

  • The All Cryptocurrencies Page

  • New, dedicated pages for specific cryptocurrencies, with charts, performance and exchange rate information, and FAQs

  • Here’s a detailed breakdown of the new features:

    All Cryptocurrencies Page

Investing.com now has a database of every cryptocurrency in existence – currently over 1,000 and constantly growing.

From well-known cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Etherium, to lesser-known coins with names like President Trump and PutinCoin, our list has them all, allowing you to monitor the market caps and performances for even the most obscure cryptocurrencies.

Here’s an example of some mainstream digital currencies:

And here’s an example of some currencies you may have never heard of:

    Dedicated Pages

We now have specific profile pages for all of the most popular cryptocurrencies.

These dedicated pages have several key features:

    • Overview charts

    • Real-time exchange rates

    • FAQs

    Overview Charts
These are basic line or candlestick charts for individual currencies. Like all overview charts on Investing.com, you can choose both the timeframes for each candlestick, as well as the time period you want the chart to display.

    Real-time exchange rates
Connected to the live feeds of over 20 exchanges, you can get real-time info on cryptocurrency exchange rates and performances – based on both which exchange you’re using, as well as your desired quote currency.

Please note: If you don’t see a particular currency option, it’s because it’s not possible to directly trade that pair. However, you can still use Investing.com’s Currency Converter to calculate the correct exchange rate.

    FAQs
Cryptocurrencies are relatively new investment vehicles, and many people might not yet understand exactly how they work. For example, terms like “blockchain,” “mining,” and “wallet” get thrown around all the time when discussing digital money, but you might not know exactly what they mean.

The FAQ section is still a work in progress – more questions come in all the time, and there are more cryptocurrencies every day. Thus far, we have answers to the most frequently asked questions for some of the most popular cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin.

Trading in financial instruments and/or cryptocurrencies involves high risks including the risk of losing some, or all, of your investment amount, and may not be suitable for all investors. Prices of cryptocurrencies are extremely volatile and may be affected by external factors such as financial, regulatory or political events. Trading on margin increases the financial risks.
Before deciding to trade in financial instrument or cryptocurrencies you should be fully informed of the risks and costs associated with trading the financial markets, carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite, and seek professional advice where needed.
