Yen Resistance: Watch This Level

Short yen is shaping up to be one of the best trades of the year -- just like it was in 2012. The fundamentals suggest there is still along way to go on this one. Personally, I view my exposure to Gold as part of the same fundamental trend; even though gold has not risen this year, I expect it will eventually benefit from the yen's struggles and that other major currencies will follow yen's path.
Watch This Level
Below is a monthly chart. We can see there should be major resistance at around 123, a level at which I would expect the market to stall and retrace a bit. For those looking to buy the dip, this might be a level to watch.
