Neutral Outlook For WTI Crude, But Here Are Levels To Monitor

WTI Crude holding recent highs at 4175/4200 targets 4145 and first support at 4100/4080. Longs need stops below 4060. A break lower targets 4045 and support at 4020/4000. If we continue lower look for a retest of last week’s low at 3960/40.
First resistance at 4175/4200. A break above 4220 targets 4250/60 and 4300/20 before the September high at 4380/4420.
