WTI: China Could Encourage Crude Bulls

On analysis of the movements of WTI Crude Oil futures in different time frames, I find that China's intention for achieving growth rate from 6 - 6.5 for the year of 2019 may encourage crude bulls to take an eruptive move on the first trading session of the week of March 24th, 2019. This is likely to continue during the whole week.
