WTI: Bulls Eye $67 After Formation Of "Golden Cross"

On analysis of the movements of WTI Crude Oil futures, in different time frames, I find that the WTI Crude Oil futures look ready to break psychological resistance at $63.63; before heading for the final target at $67 in July, 2019. No doubt that a sustainable move above the level of $62 will result in advent of short-covering rallies during this week after breaking the level of $64.64.
I find that the formation of "Golden Cross" in a 4-hour chart looks evident enough to encourage WTI Crude bulls to take steep upward moves.
