The eight indexes on our world watch list were a mixed bag last week ... four up, four down. Actually, one of the week-over-week losers, the S&P 500, was essentially flat, down a microscopic 0.06%. Japan's Nikkei was the top performer, up 2.13%. In fact, it has been the top performer for four of the past five weeks. The three European indexes, the DAXK, CAC and FTSE were the other winners. The biggest loser was China's Shanghai Composite, down 3.40% with the Hong Kong's Hang Seng close behind with its 3.25% loss.h3 The Last Four Weeks/h3
