Valvoline Inc. (NYSE:VVV) announced that its franchisee Big River Quality Auto Inc. has completed the acquisition of a quick lube location based in Evansville, IN. Currently, the quick lube location is operating as Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) service center.
