When I was in college, the bottom-of-the-barrel last choice thing to eat, if one was absolutely desperate and had no alternative, was Domino’s Pizza (NYSE:DPZ). Cheap ingredients made for the worst pizza imaginable. Yet it’s clear they’ve managed to get their act together, because this stock is absolutely jaw-dropping (symbol DPZ). If you had only invested $1 billion back in 2008, you’d have one-fifth of a trillion dollars now. Loser!
