SPY Put-Call Ratio Soars Through Upper Bollinger Band

The SPDR S&P 500 (ARCA:SPY) put-call ratio soared to 2.92 on Monday, breaking its upper Bollinger Band®.
The move happened on a large drop in open interest, which is now low, so although it would tend to be bullish for prices, the price move may not be as dramatic as suggested by the move in the ratio.
SPY put volume dropped today by 25%, while SPY call volume dropped by 45%.
