S&P 500 Snapshot: Up 1.3% On Friday

The S&P 500 ended the first week of May with a minor 0.24% loss from last Friday and 1.28% gain from Thursday. The index is down 1.2% YTD and 7.3% below its record close.
The U.S. Treasury puts the closing yield on the 10-year note at 2.95%.
Here is a daily chart of the S&P 500. Today's selling puts the volume 15% below its 50-day moving average.
