Russia’s RTSI Trending Down

The trend is down, as we see a series of lower lows and lower highs on the weekly chart. The index has lost roughly half its value since the intermediate high of 2011, though diverging from other major stock indices big time. There is some serious support-turned-resistance at 1.200.
