Precious Metals (via PowerShares db Precious Metals ETF (NYSE:DBP)) remain trapped in the highlighted range, but prices are now pushing against range highs. A break is looked for in the coming weeks, as the RSI remains positive, suggesting improved investor sentiment into December and the beginning of 2015.
