Oil attempts to incline, while ADX overlaps positively, suggesting potential upside actions. The obstacle is that RSI moves below the value of 50.00.
Therefore, we need confirmation with a breakout above 46.60 as far as 44.80 holds. Between those levels, we will be on the sidelines.
