Natural Gas Cheapest Since 2012; Oil Forms A Range

Below is a weekly chart of natural gas. We see that natural gas prices are now at the lowest they've been since 2012 -- presumably related to declining demand/slowing growth that has impacted the price of oil as well.
However, we are seeing the oil price bouncing in a range over the past few trading sessions -- see the daily chart below. Is this a range indicative of a bottom? Is it a good time to buy oil?
