Commentary
I had hoped that the inauguration of Donald J. Trump as the 45th President of the United States would provide a catalyst to nudge the market into the direction of its next big move. No such luck. It was another blah day on the market as the S&P 500 (via SPDR S&P 500 (NYSE:SPY)) gained 0.3% with the high of the day neatly stopping near the top of the current trading range.
