Japanese Yen Does Not React To BOJ Meeting Minutes

Bank of Japan Meeting Minutes indicated that economic and price risks where tilted to the downside while the Japanese yen had little response to the release of the minutes.The Usd/Jpy however, has remained heavy the whole morning, remaining below 101.50.
