The trend for interest rates over the past couple of years is clearly higher, as yields have risen sharply.
The United States 10-Year trend over the past 6 years is flat and the same can be said for the United States 30-Year over the past 3 years, as each is at the top of respective trading ranges.
Interest rates are testing the top of trading ranges and each could be creating a topping pattern over the past couple of months.
With the S&P 500 testing January highs/all-time highs, what yields do at the top of trading ranges could send an important signal to the stock and bond market!
