Home-Builders Show Relative Strength

Tuesday morning, all of the leading home-builder stocks traded higher to start the day. Earlier, the Case-Shiller composite index of 20 metropolitan areas gained 0.7 percent on a seasonally adjusted basis. This number was better than analyst expectations which was 0.4 percent. Lennar Corp (NYSE:KBH ). Traders should keep these stocks on the radar as they are showing good intra-day relative strength. Should the stock market start to rally higher the home-builder stocks could have further upside.
