Randgold Resources (GOLD) and the iShares Silver Trust ETF (SLV) are back on the most bullish stocks on Twitter list (for the past week). For a sustained advance, the precious metals will need to make it back to the monthly bullish list. Another interesting point is the bank stocks are floating back to the top of the list.
