USDX is currently going down at the time of this post. GBP/NZD is currently at 1.9959. We have the convergence in play. We are looking for an initial move to the ATR target at the 1.9894 area with a continuation to the 0.382 Fibo at 1.9842.
Watch the USDX for any change in direction. The ATR for the pair currently is 120 pips per day and its 180 day average is 131 pips per day.
